Hunting Association "Trofej"

The culling of a wolf at the Viševice–Sokoline locality marked a strong and decisive start to the new hunting season of the Hunting Association “Trofej” Kotor Varoš.

Hunter Džerard Selman approached the hunt calmly, patiently, and in accordance with all hunting principles, demonstrating a high level of skill and responsibility. The wolf, as an exceptionally cautious and demanding game species, requires experience, discipline, and sound judgment—qualities that were fully confirmed in this case.

This cull is the result of the association’s continuous work on improving the hunting grounds, monitoring wildlife populations, and strengthening hunting ethics. The “Trofej” Hunting Association continues to build a stable and responsible approach to management, which is also reflected in results such as this in the field.

At the same time, this is the first wolf cull within the association, further testifying to the progress and dedication in their work.
